Just a quick heads up to say I added 2 more Imagni character ref sheets to the Art section under Ref Sheets. I have a couple more of her outfits to draw but right now they aren’t priority over base refs of the other characters who’ve shown up already. You can jump to the ref section [ here ]

Also! It’s probably worth saying here that I recently emptied and closed my long running @imagni Twitter account due to the awful Terms of Service change coming into force mid November. As an artist who is writing a story about empowering creative people I cannot support a platform that openly abuses creators and their rights. I’d been there from the early days of Twitter and I’m the kind of person who will always jump on new things as an early adopter when I can tell it’s something good. I’m normally right about it too, but Twitter like all platforms that got too big hit its use-by date a long time ago and has been festering since. I joined up to Bluesky last year when it was invite only and I honestly love the place. It’s like the early days of Twitter and it’s wonderful to see artists openly sharing their works and promoting themselves again. I know 10+ years from now Bluesky will hit its peak like all places before funding turns it into mud, but the difference with Bluesky is that you are not tied to the platform. You can take your users and content with you instead of starting again from 0. It’s something the internet has needed for a long time because platforms (Facebook, Myspace etc) have chewed up archives and lost so much history as the places shut down or the services degraded. Bluesky is actually currently run by decent people who used to love Twitter too before it was ruined. So you’ll find me there from now on:
